Notice of Provisional Appointment

 

A vacancy of the Board of Trustees was created by the resignation of Veronica Miramontes effective January 10, 2024.

 

Sarah Ofstedal was provisionally appointed at a Special Board Meeting held on March 5, 2024 to complete the term expiring November 30, 2024.

 

Unless a petition calling for a special election, containing a sufficient number of signatures, is filed in the office of the county superintendent of schools within 30 days of the date of the provisional appointment, it shall become an effective appointment (Education Code 5091).
