Once upon a time there was a little girl who loved books and reading more than anything else. The library was her happy place.
Many years went by and the girl became a college student. She majored in English because she loved books and reading more than anything else. The library was her safe place.
Many, many years later, the girl, now a grown woman, was offered a job in a library! A school library! Her favorite place in the world!
That was 15 years ago and I have been living my very own Happily-Ever-After every day since then. I am Mrs. Foreman now. I am passionate about books, reading, libraries and children. The library is still my happy place and I love sharing it with our students!
